very so often we get a call that is so compelling it can’t be ignored: would you please carve for us a giant hideous Santa head and two tattooed hands? This is for a holiday party at the advertising firm of Wieden+Kennedy, of Nike and Coke fame. The concept was rigorously planned: two mood photos, one of Grace Jones and the other of a Piñata. Clear as Christmas ice, right? Oh, and under Santa’s otherwise-so-benevolent knee we find a mechanical rodeo bull. We’re still waiting for the installation photos, but will post these in the meantime.
